This 1840s cottage, adjoining the owners property, overlooks the towpath of the Peak Forest canal, close to the marina, and with an outlook to the High Peak Moors. There’s a patio and lawn, and the first floor kitchen door opens to a small terrace overlooking the water. A good value holiday base for the Peak Park, with Buxton and Castleton an easy drive, and for the museums and nightlife of Manchester. Shop, Cantonese restaurant and pub 200 yards.
