Within easy driving distances are the towns of Bala, Llangollen, Betwys Y Coed and Snowdonia National Park. Slightly further afield are Barmouth, Portmeirion, the North Wales Coast, Wrexham, Chester and the castles at Caernarfon, Conwy and Harlech.
