Stable Cottage (ref 1760) is a detached stone property and is the ideal cosy retreat whilst Northcombe Bungalow (ref 24995) is spacious detached haven with stunning views across the valley. Both have their own large gardens and are on the edge of the owners working stud farm. Woodland walks are available from the door. Roadford Lake is just 2 miles and offers coarse and trout fishing, lovely lakeside walks, picnic areas and water sports. Walking, cycling, fishing, golf and riding are available locally. North Devon and North Cornwall Coast, Exmoor, Bodmin and Dartmoor national parks, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal Factory are also close by.
