Situated in an AONB in the Cornish countryside, these holiday cottages are centrally located between Launceston and Callington. They are ideally placed for touring both the north and south coasts of Devon and Cornwall. Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and a variety of National Trust properties including Cotehele House, Lanhydrock, Launceston Castle and Tintagel Castle. The Eden Project at St. Austell is approximately 30 miles. The surrounding Tamar Valley is rich in the heritage of tin, copper and arsenic mining, with many interesting walks available through these scenic areas. The Victorian mining village of Morwellham Quay is well worth a visit. Plymouth with its many tourist attractions including the historic Barbican and Mayflower steps, the Aquarium, theatre, shops and restaurants, is approximately 16 miles. Shops and pubs 3 miles.
