A pretty little property set in one of the old terraces of brightly painted fisherman’s cottages that is Dartmouth’s trademark. Stone built, it is one of four original cottages set around a cobbled courtyard. From outside, the picture is a steeply terraced row of pastel coloured cottages, leading the way towards the busy town set on the banks of the River Dart. Just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Dartmouth where there are many shops, bistros and restaurants. You can also take a river trip from the bank, or take the ferry across to Kingswear on the opposite side of the River, and take a steam train to Buckfastleigh. Shops and pubs 1/4 mile.
