Conveniently located to explore the many attractions of the south coast, including Chichester, with its beautiful cathedral, festival theatre, Goodwood and Fontwell races, historic Arundel with its many antique shops, wonderful castle and Wild Fowl and Wetlands Bird Centre, bustling Brighton with its plentiful seaside activities and entertainment, plus the glorious rolling south downs close by. The area is also great for walking, windsurfing, swimming, sailing and fishing and has quiet unspoilt beaches even at the busiest time of year. Shop and pub 1/2 mile.
