Located close to Polruan’s Quay, this comfortable end terraced holiday cottage (far one of the two shown), has wonderful views over the River Fowey Estuary. Surrounded by NT land, this unspoilt fishing village has two beaches (within 150 yards) and offers fine walks with wonderful scenery. A regular passenger ferry runs from the quay to Fowey with its many shops, cosmopolitan restaurants, together with its small sandy beach at Readymoney Cove, Fowey is also popular for sailing and the Du Maurier festival in May. The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock and several NT properties lie close by. Shop and pubs within 150 yards.
