This stone built detached holiday cottage is set in a private and very quiet courtyard, in the rural village of Yealmpton. Set in the South Hams, about 7 miles east of Plymouth, the village is famous for the nursery rhyme ’Old Mother Hubbard’, and the original cottage is still standing proudly in the village, now a restaurant. Close to many sandy beaches such as Mothecombe which lies at the Mouth of the Erme facing Wonwell beach. Two pubs and restaurant in village. Shop 1/4 mile.
