Situated in a small village in north west Norfolk, it is ideally situated for the Norfolk coast with its sandy beaches and RSPB reserves. Approximately 40 miles from the university town of Cambridge and cities of Norwich and Peterborough. Norfolk offers splendid scenery and buildings of historical interest, local crafts and markets, picturesque villages, lots of good restaurants and pubs, protected coastline and sites for wildlife. Kings Lynn, the closest town, is an historic port with connections to King John who lost his treasure when he left Lynn to go to Newark. There are some good museums and lots of quaint alleys and old buildings. Whether you like steam railways, fishing, nature, wildlife, architecture or just a visit to the beach, Norfolk can offer something for everyone. Shops and pub 1 mile.
