This spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, detached barn conversion has a sunny warm aspect, centrally heated throughout with a woodburner that’s cosy in the winter or at Christmas. The holiday property occupies a good central touring position close to the beautiful Mawddach Estuary, which has a public footpath alongside all the way to the fantastic sandy beach. The area is great for bird watching, fishing and is just a short distance away from the owner’s estate where pony trekking along the beach (payable locally) is readily available. All areas of Cardigan Bay such as Tywyn, Fairbourne, Dolgellau and Barmouth are easy to reach from this midway point whilst some offer golden sand Blue Flag beaches, others have a good array of shops, many full of typical welsh crafts etc. The Fairbourne/Highland steam railways, slate mines, Portmeirion Italianate village, Snowdon and numerous castles and golf courses (nearest 2 miles) are to be found within the Snowdonia National Park. Shop, pub/restaurant ¾ mile.
