Close to the owners home, it has been carefully restored to a very high standard benefiting from all modern conveniencies. It was once an integral part of Langdon Barton - the 300 acre working farm which has been in the same family for 110 years and still in use. A 15 minute walk over fields leads to Wembury beach offering rock pools, a NT cafe and safe bathing. Here you will also find the South Devon Coastal Footpath, with stunning sea views of Mewstone Island and across Plymouth Sound to the Cornish coastline and on a clear day in the distance you can see the Edystone Lighthouse - 13 miles off shore.
