A superb holiday location nestled on the edge of the picturesque Cornish village of North Petherwin, between the historic market town of Launceston and the Camel Estuary. Set within beautiful countryside on the owner’s 140 acre working sheep farm yet just 10 miles from the stunning North Cornish coast, it is the ideal peaceful retreat. The wild beauty of Bodmin and Dartmoor National Parks are both easily accessible and a must for nature lovers and walkers. The coast boasts fantastic sandy beaches and hidden coves ideal for surfing or exploring the many rock pools. Golf, fishing and riding are all available locally. The historic market town of Launceston is just 7 miles away and for a great day out the Eden Project is an easy drive. Shops 7 miles, pubs and restaurant 4 miles.
