This spacious detached family house with sea views provides the ideal holiday accommodation, with just a short walk to the unspoilt sandy beach. Shomer is located in the village of Scratby, with a local café, restaurant and supermarket, and the village of Hemsby is one and a half miles away. Here there are family amusements, seaside gift shops, sandy beaches, and evening entertainment that can be found in the nearby Holiday Parks, or visit Winterton-on-sea, a pretty coastal village with magnificent unspoilt beaches. Here, the sand dunes are a nature reserve and there is a colony of seals, which ’live’ on the north side of the beach. The traditional seaside resorts of Caister-on-sea and Great Yarmouth are a short drive away and here there is something for all the family to enjoy. Or alternatively enjoy a day on the broads; a day cruiser can be hired from Potter Heigham and experience the beauty of the broads and the wildlife. Whether it is sailing, fishing, cycling, and walking which are all available locally or just relaxing on the beach, there is something for all the family. Shops and pubs 700 yards.
