Step back in time to the 1930s in this detached holiday property, adjacent to the owners’ home, is set in 1½ acres of woodland garden. Carefully restored, this unique house retains its original furniture bought at the 1932 Ideal Home Exhibition, and many of its original light fittings and fixtures. The drawing room features a huge inglenook fireplace framed by massive oak beams, Odeon-style light fittings, and original gold and silver wall decoration. At the centre of the house the oak panelled staircase sweeps up to the spacious first floor landing. One mile to Bridlington with its promenade and bustling harbour. Sewerby Hall which marks the start of the Heritage Coast path around Flamborough Head is within 5 minutes drive. Golf 1 mile.
