These well designed maisonettes (one located on the ground floor and one located on the first floor) have been skilfully converted from a Victorian villa. Fully refurbished throughout they offer modern and spacious living and are very convenient for the towns various shops, pubs and restaurants (200 yards). The popular sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk, as well as the beautiful tropical walk within Shanklin Chine. The old part of the town is close by, with thatched tearooms, old country inns and gift shops.
