These well designed maisonettes (one located on the ground floor and one located on the first floor) have been skilfully converted from a Victorian villa. Fully refurbished throughout they offer modern and spacious living and are very convenient for the towns various shops, pubs and restaurants (200 yards). The popular sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk, as well as the beautiful tropical walk within Shanklin Chine. The old part of the town is close by, with thatched tearooms, old country inns and gift shops. There is so much to do on this lovely island, including stunning coastal walks along heritage coastline, fishing, sailing, birdwatching, watersports, golf, cycling and riding. With entertainment for all ages, including NT properties and gardens, wildlife centres, castles, activity centres, adventure theme parks, museums, watermill, pottery and glass making, this is an ideal base for a holiday.
