Set in 70 acres of beautiful pastures leading to the Coombe Valley. As the name suggests, Sanctuary Farm Cottages provides a wonderful sanctuary in which to relax and unwind. Guests are free to wander the woodlands and natural grounds or a 1½ mile walk through woodlands leads to the sandy beach at Duckpool.
A profusion of cliff, beach and moorland paths for walkers to enjoy - why not start with the coastline’s Heritage Trail. Bude, 5 miles, has shops, pubs, restaurants and facilities for golf, swimming and ten pin bowling. Horse riding in the village. Four golf courses within a 30 minute drive. Water sports, fishing, canoeing and bird watching at Tamar Lakes, 6 miles. Shop and pub 1½ miles. Appletree Cottage, ref 18512, adjoins Woods Close, ref 17381.
