The River Gwendraeth borders the grounds and the area has much wildlife, natural meadows, walks, fishing and golf. Pembrey Country Park and sandy beach, ski-slope and horse riding is close by. Gower Peninsula, Britain’s first AONB, 15 miles. Historic sites include 13th-century Kidwelly Castle. Millennium Coastal Path ideal for walking and cycling. Carmarthen 10 miles.
