Situated in a prime position close to the village of Brundall. Each has its own private, peaceful riverside grounds facing south across the River Yare and a nature reserve. Close to the rail station, post office, mini-market, chemist and hairdressers. Ideal for river fishing (available from mid-June until end February; rowing dinghy and life jackets included); species such as bream, perch and roach can be caught. Also ideal for touring the pretty Broadland villages and countryside and the Norfolk Coast. The beautiful city of Norwich, about 8 miles, is accessible by train or car. The comfortable living rooms open onto a south-facing verandah and lawn, complete with patio furniture. Adjacent to a marina, where an interesting variety of boats can be seen coming and going. Also, Brundall is a centre for boat building and boat hire for the Norfolk Broads, so there is much of interest to be observed and enjoyed in the area. As the holiday properties are on a small private road their location is quiet and peaceful. Shops and pubs serving food close by.
