Backed by the Mendip Hills, they make a good holiday base for enjoying the benefits of the great outdoors amidst excellent walking and horse riding country. Grouped around a pleasant courtyard, in attractive gardens, they are ideal for families wishing to relax and spend some time together; boasting a children’s play area and traffic-free grounds. Nicely furnished, each has built-in bedroom furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. The Avon Dry Ski School and Churchill Sports Centre are within 5 miles. Whilst a wide range of attractions can be found in and around Weston, which as a traditional seaside resort boasts a sea life centre, a promenade, piers and general amusements. Visit Cheddar, about 10 miles, and spend a day admiring beautifully illuminated show caves and panoramic gorge views. More caves can be seen at Wookey Hole, which, along with Bath, Wells and Glastonbury, are within a 25-mile drive. There are many ways to spend the time during a holiday here!
