A perfect holiday venue for large groups and families, for reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas or New Year, this substantial Victorian period town house is the end one of a row. Retaining all its period features with rooms of large proportions and high ceilings, it is set on three floors and some rooms boast excellent sea views. Situated in a conservation area in Cromer town, it is less than 220 yards from the sandy beach and within walking distance of Cromer pier. Perfectly positioned in the heart of the town for its wealth of amenities and attractions for all ages. Cromer offers promenade gardens, a pier with a theatre hosting regular concerts and featuring visiting performers, an RNLI lifeboat station and museum, an 18-hole cliff top golf course, plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants, and a number of public houses within ½ mile. Popular events include Carnival week (normally held during the third week of August), and fireworks over the water on New Year’s Day (weather permitting). There are many National Trust properties within an easy drive.
