Yeo Farm is a small country estate nestling in the picturesque hamlet of Waterrow on the Somerset/Devon border at the foot of the Brendon Hills. Walkers and dog owners are welcome at these adult only farm cottages. Comprising some 40 acres of woodland, pasture, ponds and the River Tone, the farm also has fishing rights for over half a mile, and a riverside walk has been made to enjoy the natural flora and fauna present in this area. The 16th-century farmhouse has been restored and is the home of the resident owners, whilst the cottages (Refs ERE, ERF, and ERG) have been sympathetically converted from former farm buildings and comprise three adjoining character cottages, which enjoy wonderful views over the estate. The cottages have been renovated and refurbished to a high standard, and offer all modern conveniences and comfort in this stunning setting.
Yeo Farm provides an excellent base for countryside pursuits and walking, with the Brendons, Quantocks and Blackdown Hills nearby and Exmoor on the doorstep. Horses are welcome. Many historic houses and gardens in the vicinity. Coast 13 miles. There is coarse, fly and sea fishing available; golf 4 miles; hard tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool 1½ miles; clay and game shooting by arrangement. Shops 1½ miles, local gastro pub 1 mile.
Large living/dining room/kitchen with French doors to courtyard. Double bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite shower room and toilet (can also be accessed from hall).
