Dating back to 1820, the walled garden has river frontage and small summerhouse. It is just 3 miles from marvellous sandy beaches, and close to Padstow for restaurants, good fishing and sailing. Excellent walking and cycling along the Camel Trail. Golf at Trevose and St Enodoc. Riding, water-skiing and surfing locally. Shops 2 miles, pub 1 mile.
