The surrounding farmland and country lanes offer pleasant walking and convenient access to the village of Moelfre (½ mile) with its shops and pub/restaurants. The small shingle beach, with public access for boats, has good swimming, sailing and water-skiing. Golf, tennis and indoor swimming pool all 8 miles. Shop ½ mile.
