This unique and historic holiday cottage, refurbished to a very high standard, lies near the heart of the small market town of Tregaron and provides an excellent base to explore the Cambrian Mountains. Tregaron is home to various events, including Ffair Garon (a traditional fair held on Whit Monday), the three day August horse trotting extravaganza (August Bank Holiday) and Diwrnod y Porthmyn (a fundraising event held in November). Attractions in the area include Rhiannon’s Gold Centre, the Cambrian Art Gallery, the Mid Wales Activity Centre, Strata Florida Abbey, Devil’s Bridge Falls and the historic towns of Aberystwyth, Lampeter and Carmarthen. The West Wales coast is a 35-minute drive, with the scenic resort of Aberaeron and a variety of beaches. Shops 20 yards, pub 200 yards.
