Ideally based for exploring the many tourist attractions this lovely island has to offer. Take a trip aboard the delightful Isle of Wight steam railway, visit Osbourne House (Queen Victoria's favourite home), or spend a day in the characterful resort of Ventnor, with its botanic garden and Isle of Wight Glass. Excellent walking along the Heritage Coast and cycling along narrow country lanes (cycle hire available in Shanklin). Golf and sailing locally.
