A holiday location with a difference! This comfortably furnished former granary, with its own terrace and gardens, is a naturalists’ paradise. It stands in the grounds of the Conservation Centre for Wolf Watch UK, surrounded by 70 acres of owned woodland overlooking 16 acres of red deer park in lush valley and forest, with an abundance of wildlife, including badgers and many species of birds. The rescued wolves, seen in the BBC’s Wildlife on One programme, can also be seen in their enclosures. The cottage stands in a courtyard across from the owner’s home, and close to Offa’s Dyke ½ mile. Bishop’s Castle, with pubs, restaurants, shops and swimming pool, 5 miles.
