It stands near the owners’ 16th-century farmhouse with excellent walking and cycling, 18-hole golf, Balloch Castle and Hill House all nearby. The coast at Helensburgh is 6 miles, and Glasgow is only 30 miles. Shops 2 miles.

Well-equipped, modern fitted kitchen with range cooker, dining area and door to garden. Double bedroom. Bathroom with shower cubicle. First floor: Open gallery landing overlooking kitchen/dining area. Two double bedrooms both with 6ft beds (zip and link, can be twin), and wash basins, original beams and additional single beds on request (for +2). Shower room with toilet.
