This attached, single storey cottage is a charming conversion of a former stable, with exposed beams and brickwork, in a private location with uninterrupted views over the owner’s working farmland.

Deer, rabbit and pheasant are regular visitors and there are plenty of off road walking opportunities in the surrounding countryside and a woodland walk on the farm. There is also a fishing lake on the farm (extra charge).

The Moated Manor House of Oxborough Hall is nearby whilst the Fens, Ely, Sandringham, the North Norfolk Coast, Norwich and the Broads are all an easy drive, and Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and The Thursford Collection are also worth a visit. The elegant Kings Lynn offers fine houses, medieval churches, medieval guildhalls and the famous 17th century Custom House.
