Only a stone’s throw from the estuary, this spacious detached bungalow overlooks the garden to the front and is surrounded by 6 acres with tracks leading up to the forestry land behind.
There is an all weather tennis court, children’s play area, BMX cycle track and 5-a-side football pitch (in adjacent field). Opposite the bungalow is an area of marshland rich in bird life as well as avocets and waders.
Canoeing, boating and riding by arrangement with the owner, lovely riverside walks or take the local train into Plymouth (via scenic routes) for a day out in busy city with its many facilities and attractions. Here, you can visit the spectacular Plymouth Hoe, where Drake played his famous game of bowls, climb up Plymouth’s best known landmark, Smeaton’s Tower Lighthouse and enjoy the most breathtaking view over Plymouth Sound.
