A great place for wildlife lovers and the more serious climbers might enjoy a trip to Ben Nevis - the highest mountain in Britain! For the less energetic excellent shopping and restaurants can be found close by.
During the summer the Jacobite steam train, as seen in Harry Potter films, from Fort William to Mallaig, crossing the Glenfinnan Viaduct.
