This traditional Welsh farm house, with all the comforts of modern living, makes an ideal holiday retreat year round, particularly during the festive period. The house also lends itself to family parties or even weddings due to its countryside seclusion.

Situated in glorious Radnorshire countryside, the house, standing proudly in a spacious gravel court, is approached by a sweeping drive flanked with trees. Seemingly in the middle of no-where, it is just 7 miles from Builth Wells and Hay-on-Wye ‘the book capital’ of the British Isles, and 15 miles from Brecon. The Welsh countryside offers a wealth of activities including walking, cycling, water-based activities and horse riding. The owner occupies a self-contained bothy to the rear of the house.
