"These two holiday properties are situated on the owners’ farm. Once the old blacksmiths shop and now called ‘Chy Hebask’ which is Cornish for ‘House of Tranquillity’, W40788 is a charming, refurbished, detached barn. The property benefits from fabulous views of the rugged and beautiful countryside of Cornwall. It retains the original charm of the building with added modern fixtures and fittings. W40982 is a traditional, semi-detached holiday cottage next to the owners’ farmhouse, believed to be dated around the 16th century, with a superb granite inglenook fireplace and conservatory overlooking the large garden.
The properties are ideally situated on the coastal moorland that forms the Lands End Peninsula. The area is surrounded by lovely walks from the owner’s working farm to the rugged coastal path 1.5 miles away with breathtaking views. St Ives with its surfing beaches, art galleries and narrow streets is 4 miles, as is Penzance offering great shopping. You can also take a stroll over to St Michael’s Mount at low tide, or a trip to the Isles of Scilly.
Mousehole with its fishing harbour is well worth a visit. You can also visit Helston or Flambards theme park. Properties W40788 and W40982 can be booked together.
Shop 4 miles, pub and restaurant 1.5 miles."
