Corbridge is a pretty, small town on the River Tyne and all the delights of historic Hexham, including abbey, museum, and the racecourses are only a 10-minute drive away.

The Hadrian’s Wall Walk is nearby, with the Northumberland National Park and the Pennine Way just half an hour’s journey. For shopoholics the Metro Centre is about 30 miles to the east, whilst the glorious Northumberland beaches are an easy day trip.
