It is located 3 miles from the market town of Dereham and is situated on a 55-acre working sheep farm (dogs to be kept on lead when out walking) and there is an enclosed garden to the property.

Peacock Dairy is ideally positioned for exploring the North Norfolk Coast and expanses of picturesque countryside dotted with villages, churches and the splendid Georgian town of Holt is only 14 miles away.

The area has some great walks, cycling and bird watching.
