This delightful single storey holiday chalet is situated on a small select holiday park amidst glorious East Devon countryside just one mile from the sea. It is well-equipped and pleasantly furnished to a very good standard, in an ideal location just outside Seaton with its sand and shingle beach which is bordered by an atttractive promenade.

Seaton is a traditional Devon seaside town in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, situated on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. There is a small working harbour and many lovely walks. The famous Seaton Tramway ride runs along the Axe Estuary and bird sanctuary to Colyton.

The fishing village of Beer is great for a family day out visiting Pecorama, or the Beer Quarry Caves. The seaside village of Branscombe renowned as the longest village in Britain.
