Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and see the animals - of special appeal are lambs in spring.

It lies 3 miles from Broughton with shops and pubs. Attractions in the area include the South Lakes Wild Animal Park at Dalton, the Ravenglass to Eskdale Steam Railway.
