This delightful holiday property is decorated with fine linens and soft furnishings. It is a single-storey property and adjoins the owners’ home, set on the edge of the peaceful hamlet of Bushley, just three miles from the medieval town of Tewkesbury.

It provides an ideal touring base for exploring Regency Cheltenham with its shops, restaurants, racecourse and theatres, or for the many pretty Cotswold villages including Stow-on-the-Wold and Broadway.

For keen walkers the Malvern Hills are close by. The attractive town of Ledbury with its annual poetry festival is only a short drive away.

Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

Steps to entrance. All on ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen with French doors and laminate floor. 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet.

Underfloor oil CH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. DVD. CD. 2 ring elec hob. Combi m/wave/oven/grill. Courtyard with sitting-out area and furniture. Parking (2 cars). Use of tennis court (tennis shoes must be worn). No smoking. Friday to Friday. No children except babes in arms due to unfenced water in grounds. NB: Unsuitable for the infirm.

"We have had many short breaks in the UK in recent years, but rated this accommodation amongst the best. Most comfortable sleeping arrangements, excellent shower facilities, very accommodating and welcoming owners. Great base to see the Cotswolds from, highly recommended."
