Harbour village location
This semi detached holiday home is situated in the small harbour village of Beadnell, beside the wide expanse of Beadnell Bay.
There are magnificent sandy beaches to the north and south of the village, which is a popular area for walking and bird watching. The borderlands are wonderfully varied, with high moors, bare hills, rugged cliffs and swathes of sandy beaches. Just off the coast lie the Farne Islands, and holidaymakers can take a trip there from Seahouses (2 miles).
Beadnell is a very historic area, with evidence that the village was established in Saxon times, and there are many castles along the coast, with Bamburgh Castle to the north dominating the skyline and Alnwick Castle and Gardens 10 miles away.
