This charming semi-detached Georgian holiday cottage is set in the pretty rural hamlet of Littleham, just a few miles from the beaches of the Atlantic Coast and only a short stroll from the traditional village pub serving homemade food.

Just 3 miles from the port and market town of Bideford with pastel coloured houses alongside a tree lined quay. Take a boat trip to the nature reserve at Lundy Island or explore pretty fishing villages including nearby Clovelly, Instow and Appledore. This area has much to offer with Heritage coastline popular with walkers and bird-watchers; and the wide golden sandy beach of Westward Ho! - a must for beach lovers and surfers, is just 6 miles.

There are numerous NT properties in the area, as well as the RHS gardens at Rosemoor and Docton Mill. For walking and cycling the famous Tarka Trail passes through Bideford. Golf, riding and fishing are available locally and The Big Sheep and The Milky Way Adventure parks are nearby.
