This charming holiday cottage was built before 1690 and was formerly a wayside inn situated beside the road leading from Newport to Cowes.

The interior of the cottage is delightful and full of character with a wealth of beams and an inglenook fireplace. There is also a delightful garden with a covered well and visitors are able to use the super adjoining small indoor heated swimming pool.

Being near to both Cowes and Newport the cottage makes an ideal base for touring the island which has so much to offer from historic houses, quaint villages, glorious scenery and beaches.
