There are marvellous walks directly from the cottage and Exmoor is renowned for its picturesque scenery, birds and wildlife. The attractive small town of Dulverton is 6.5 miles whilst the North Somerset Coast is 12 miles.

Places to visit include Dunster Castle, Knightshayes Court (National Trust) and Tropiquaria at Williton.
