Very tastefully decorated and furnished to a good standard, this spacious semi-detached holiday cottage was built in 1850 and was originally the servants quarters attached to the main house.

The lounge is on the first floor to take advantage of the lovely views of the surrounding area. Moffat is just a short walk or drive and boasts a good golf course, tennis courts, sporting amenities and park. Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dumfries make enjoyable day trips and are easily reached by car within an hour’s drive.

This is a good central base for touring or walking in this lush green area - a real walkers paradise!
