These converted barns are situated in the quiet, peaceful and unspoilt village of Newchurch in the centre of Romney Marsh with its wealth of historical churches and smuggling history. The sandy beaches of St Mary’s Bay and Dymchurch are just 5 miles away. The barns have quarry floor tiles in the entrance and hallways, latch doors and exposed beams throughout and the living areas are on the first floor to maximise the rural views.

The barns are set in a large garden and provide an excellent base for walking, cycling, or bird watching with many footpaths including the Royal Military Canal Walk, the Ancient Saxon Shoreline and the RSPB Nature Reserve at Dungeness.

Steam railway fans will enjoy the famous minature railway from Hythe to Dungeness and the Kent & East Sussex Steam Railway from Tenterden. Port Lympne and Howletts Wildlife Parks are nearby as are the Cinque Port towns. Eurotunnel and Dover are within easy reach for cross channel.
