Skiddaw Cottage (ref W8310) is a detached former stable situated across the courtyard which has been renovated with charm and character, whilst Stable Cottage (ref W8311) and Byre Cottage (ref W8312) are former barns which have been rebuilt into cosy ground floor holiday properties (the owner’s live in the accommodation above).

You can walk or cycle locally or a short drive brings you along the nearby Bassenthwaite Lake where you can sail. It is 7 miles for Derwentwater and Keswick, with all its shops, cafes, pubs and varied restaurants and superb fell walking. The Georgian market town of Cockermouth is 7 miles.
